Our experience in the finance sector made us comprehend that businesses at their different life cycles require the support of either an external accountant, an internal accounting technician (traditionally called bookkeepers), or a fully capacitated and empowered finance team to add value to the organization.
Therefore, our passion for empowerment, upliftment, and reskilling has found a home in assisting Small, Medium, and Large organizations to professionalize or reskill their finance teams. We capacitate accounting technicians and finance teams with relevant and accredited training that can be consumed in smaller relevant modules from ACCA via SACOB.
PZ Finance Institute (Pty) Ltd has been approved by ACCA for its Approved Employer Programme.

Recruitment and Selections
Recruitment and selection of members of finance teams, including Accounting Technicians, that will fit perfectly within the operations of the business and deliver results.
Approved Employer Programme
Build staff capacity through accredited training courses via SACOB and or the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants (ACCA). All this is overseen by PZ Finance Institute.
Mentorship For Accounting Technicians
Mentor and professionalize, accounting technicians and finance teams to achieve a Certified Accounting Technician designation. through ACCA.

SACOB offers professional education and a qualification relevant with SETA’s and professional bodies.
The ACCA Programme offering includes a qualification as well as practical experience which concludes with the qualification: Certified Accounting Technician
PZ Finance Institute will handle the Practical Experience Requirement (PER) for the 12 month period to complete this qualification.
